We find that most customers are completely satisfied with their purchase, however occasionally there can be a problem.
If this happens we try to keep our returns process simple and fully in line with normal practice in the retail sector.
If you feel you need to return an item because it is defective or is not what you ordered you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. You should do this by email to our office email firstname.lastname@example.org
Once we have been notified you must return the goods within 14 days of receipt, in an unused state complete with packaging and all components.
If the goods that we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective, we will normally replace the goods however we can if you wish refund the price you paid for that product excluding postage and package. The cost of the return is your responsibility, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, in which case we will refund the cost of postage to you also.
We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit, we recommend sending the package by Recorded or Special Delivery services.
Refunds of the purchase price for items bought as gifts can of course only be given to the original purchaser.
Our return policy may not apply if you have provided incorrect or inaccurate information during the order process, or if the goods, when returned have been used or are not complete with all components and original packaging.
