Description

Red Champagne is an early variety ideal for forcing. If Red Champagne is forced early on it will produce a thinner pinker stalk than normally but still taste very sweet. If you wish to achieve the deeper red-coloured stem then leave them to grow normally and they will still taste every bit as good.
