Maris Piper tubers are oval shaped with white skins and a firm, creamy coloured flesh. Disease-wise they have good resistance to all skin diseases.

Maris Piper are particularly well suited for second cropping and harvesting at Christmas time.

Second earlies are typically ready for harvesting around 15-22 weeks from planting.
